The liners have a forged steel outer case with a high chrome inner sleeve.

 Patriot Piston The new Supreme "PATRIOT" Urethane Bonded Piston is available from stock at OBI.
This Piston will outperform similar Pistons and is good for all pump pressures up to 7500 psi and temperatures of 220 degrees F.
Both Bonded and Replaceable Urethane Pistons are available in sizes 4 through 7" as are our range of standard Buna Pistons and Rubbers.
 
As well as traditional Stem Guided Valves OBI can also offer a Wing Style Guided Valve paired with a full open type seat.

Piston Rod Our Piston Rods are induction hardened for maximum case hardness and are precision ground to a mirror finish.
In addition we can supply a superior rod  for use in extreme conditions which has a heat treated steel base and is hard surfaced by a thermally bonded spray coating.
For mating the Piston Rod to the Crosshead Extension Rod, OBI stock a range of Rod Clamps.  Our clamps are machined to tight tolerances and come complete with all the required hardware.
